【あじさいEnglish Day～オンラインkids～を実施しました！】 日時：令和２年10月10日（土）14：00～16：30 小学１～２年生を対象に、オンラインを使用し、外国人とのコミュニケーションやジェスチャーゲームを通じ、英語に触れ合いながら国際交流を体験してもらうためのイベント「あじさいEnglish Day　オンラインkids」を開催しました。 　参加した子どもたちは、ＡＬＴや長崎市国際交流員と一緒に、オンラインを通して、元気よく英語で「自己紹介」や「挨拶の歌とダンス」、「スポーツ競技のジェスチャーゲーム」などを行い、楽しい時間を過ごしました。 　「あじさいEnglish day」は、毎年たくさんの子どもたちが長崎ブリックホール国際会議場に集まり、ALTや国際交流員と一緒に国際交流を楽しんでいましたが、今年は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響から、オンラインを使った交流となりました。 　当初は、中止も検討されましたが、国際ボランティアの皆さんやALTなどのご努力により、今だからできる方法で無事開催することができました。 このイベントに携われた皆さん、大変お疲れ様でした。 【Ajisai English Day: Online Kids was Held!】 Date and Time: October 10, 2020 (Sat.) 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM Ajisai English Day: Online Kids was held for elementary school students in grades one and two. The event was held over the internet and was an opportunity for kids become more familiar with English through communication and playing gesture games with foreigners. The kids who participated had a fun time doing self-introductions in English, singing and dancing a song that teaches English greetings, and playing sports gesture games with a Nagasaki ALT and the Coordinator for International Relations. Usually for Ajisai English Day, many children come to Nagasaki Brick Hall’s International Conference Room for international exchange with ALTs and the CIR. But due to the COVID-19 epidemic, international exchange was held online. There was the possibility of the event’s cancellation, but we were able to hold it in a suitable manner thanks to the efforts of the International Volunteers and ALT.
